How to use the software LV CRM System

How to use the program:

First you need to login with your Login ID and Password. The administrator of the program can manage user accesses.

On the left side of the program you have a navigation bar which u can use to navigate through the program.

Add, Save, Update and Delete Data:

To create a new record, click the button Add, the form wil be cleared and you can add new data. When you fill up the data you want click the button Save and a new record will be added into the database, which you can then see in the bottom section of the program.

After the record is added into the database, you can update it by selecting the record in the grid in the bottom section. When a record is selected, the fields in the form are populated with data. After you change the value, just click Update and it will be updated in the database.

To delete a record just select the one you want and click Delete button.

The settings:

In this section you can choose the layout colour, the header height and also to add and manage the Personal tasks on the left side.

You can also change the database location, if you are using a server you can copy the database into the server and choose it’s location.
